High Performance Turbine Oils

TURBONYCOIL 600, 640, 3516 and 160 are synthetic and mineral oils, fortified with carefully selected anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and extreme-pressure additives.

TURBONYCOIL 640 (SAE-AS 5780 HPC)

The high temperature oil, lubricating oil with a viscosity of 5 cSt at 100ºC based on neopolyol esters with high thermal stability.

Tailor-made to address requirements regarding:

  • Low coking propensity
  • High resistance to oxidisation and thermal degradation
  • High conductivity

Recommended for use in hit running engine designs where evidence of oil coking and/or oil degradation.

Approval MIL-PRF-23699 G class HTS pending.

TURBONYCOIL 3516 (AIR 3516/A)

The engine preservation oil used by major MROs at the end of maintenance tasks or during aircraft storage.

As it retains low viscosity at very low temperature (down to -60ºC) it is an efficient oil for cold parts of A/C engines and airframes.

Can also be used as a multi-purpose lubricant for many aircraft parts.

TURBONYCOIL 160 (MIL-PRF-7808 L)

The low temperatire oil, perfect for operation in cold weather or switch on inflight (accessories and APU).

A 3 cSt oil and 100ºC that retains fluidity at very low temperatures (down to -54ºC).

A reference for Tail Horizontal Stabiliser (THS).

TURBONYCOIL 600 (SAE-AS 5780 SPC, MIL-PRF-23699 G STD)

TURBONYCOIL 600 is a standard lubricating oil with a viscosity of 5 cSt at 100ºC based on high thermal stable polyol esters.

TURBONYCOIL 600 features:

  • Much lower volatility at high temperatures
  • Higher flash point
  • Excellent resistance to foaming
  • Superior lubricity

Approved by all major engine manufacturers (General Electric, Pratt and Whitney Canada, Allison, Rolls-Roycem Snecma, Klimoc, Turbomeca and CFMI among others.

TURBONYCOIL 600 has logged over 30 million hours of operation since 1985.
